U-416.  WW2 German Panzer Grouping with documents.  The documentation spans over 10 years of service from pre-war era 1935 when he first became NCO to 1945 when discharged a POW as captain. Includes his diploma of Panzer school, WMC sign by knights cross winner general.  The tunic is in great shape with no mothing while the visor is late war unmarked Erel in great condition.  All the details are written in a letter by the Vet (after WW2) while at the nursing home.  Panzer Regiment 33 and 9th PZ division.   Three place medal bar with War Merit Cross, Army service medal, and Westwall medal.   A great grouping that is not the typical put together groups.   This group was on layaway, however, that fell through and re-listing this group.  Would make a great display.......$4,900.   - Layaway (DG) -
